Rhodes Branding is excited to announce that Ginny Kowalski has joined the growing K-12 branding and marketing agency as its new Marketing Strategy Director.
In her role at Rhodes Branding, Kowalski will develop end-to-end marketing strategies for clients, driving key business metrics related to enrollment, recruitment, fundraising, brand reputation, and more. She will oversee the Client Success team to ensure marketing strategies align with the key objectives of Rhodes Branding’s school and district clients.
“It’s great to be a part of the Rhodes Branding team here in Columbia,” Kowalski said. “After six years in higher education, I’m eager to return to the K-12 space and support our clients through innovative and disruptive marketing campaigns.”
Kowalski joins the team from 3 Enrollment Marketing, where she served as the Director of Campaign Performance and Quality. Working with higher education clients nationwide, she built a performance marketing team and deployed comprehensive solutions to achieve enrollment goals.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ginny to our growing team,” said Rhodes Branding President and Co-Founder, Austin Rhodes. “On top of her impressive background in marketing communications, her eagerness to serve is the main reason we knew she would be a great fit here. Ginny brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our agency, and we are confident that her perspectives will help us continue to deliver meaningful results for our clients.”
Prior to her time at 3E, Kowalski worked at Ursuline College in Cleveland, Ohio, as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications. Additionally, she has served in marketing communications roles at The Lovett School in Atlanta, Ga., and The Steward School in Richmond, Va.
Kowalski holds a Master of Arts degree in mass communication from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in religion from Davidson College.
