Enrollment strategy for a school and place like no other.

Nestled in the Ouachita Mountains foothills in Arkansas, Subiaco Academy is a Catholic college preparatory school in the Benedictine tradition that welcomes young men of all faiths in grades 7-12.

Storyline

As the top-ranked catholic school in Arkansas and the third-ranked private school in the state, Subiaco Academy is well-known to families in the region but lacked brand awareness nationally. 

Under the leadership of headmaster Dr. David Wright, the well-established boarding school turned to Rhodes Branding in need of enhancing and positioning several crucial areas to reach and recruit new families in key territories across the United States. 

The first step in our relationship was learning more about the school’s current recruiting footprint and why parents in Arkansas and across the United States choose Subiaco. After conducting market research and putting together a plan, we began redesigning the school’s official website before launching new enrollment marketing initiatives. 

With the website launched in December 2020 after months of meetings and revisions, we launched digital ad campaigns in key geographic markets at the start of 2021. The campaigns led to a 60 percent increase in inquiries to the admissions staff and an 80 percent increase in applications year over year. The ad campaigns also generated 2.4 million impressions and 20,000+ clicks to the new website, accounting for a 200 percent increase in website traffic year over year.
